The Challenge
We met Pulhams Coaches at Euro Bus 2016. They asked Buzz to help with the launch of their new Smartcard product early in 2017.

We were to support Kathryn Pulham and her team in developing a range of materials, both internal and external, to support the launch of the Smartcard.

The challenge for Buzz was to design creative that would promote the new Smartcard. The creative then had to be applied to customer facing materials – on bus, a leaflet and social media jpegs.

In addition to this staff materials were required that included a poster and a leaflet.

All materials had to be printed and delivered by 6th March 2017.

Solutions & Implementation
We created a design that was bright, bold and modern. We also ensured that it closely mirrored Pulhams branding, making it easily recognisable with their clients.

Content was written by Buzz for all collateral with very little amends back, which is always good news. The design was then implemented across all materials.

We supported with the launch of the Smartcard, writing a full press release.

The Results
All materials were printed and delivered well in advance of the official launch date. Staff were briefed on the workings of the new product.

The on bus materials were fitted, leaflets distributed and social media was used to promote the Smartcard ahead of its official launch.  The press release was issued both locally and to the trades.

A successful launch rolled out as planned on 6th March 2017.

This project subsequently led to Buzz assisting Pulhams with a fares revision and the launch of a new Service 99 operating between 2 local hospitals.
